Gravesham Rural Conservation Area Appraisals and Management Plans

Following public consultation in October 2015, the  Rural Conservation Area Appraisals and Management Plans have been amended to take account of comments received.  We are now consulting on the revised documents before we adopt them as Supplementary Planning Documents. Once adopted, these documents will provide more detailed advice and guidance to support policies and proposals in the Local Plan and decisions on planning applications.

The amended Rural Conservation Area Appraisals and Management Plans, along with a Consultation Statement setting out the consultation activities undertaken and summarising the comments received and amendments made to the documents, are available for you to download below.

All comments must be received by 17 April 2016. Comments received after this date will not be accepted.

Data Protection

Please note that all comments received will be made available for public inspection and cannot be treated as confidential.  The information will only be used and retained for the Council's plan makingpurposes.  It will be saved on the Council's consultation data base and made available to view on the Council's website and/or Consultation Portal.
